操作步骤

Operation  steps

  1. 接通电源装置，打开进料阀和出料阀

Switch  on  the  power  supply  ,open  the  feed  valve  and discharge    valve

  1. 关闭回料阀和排铁阀，打开充磁装置。

Close    the    feed    valve     and    iron     discharge    valve     ,open    the magnetization       device

  1. 几分钟后(可根据需要自行设定),关闭进料阀和出料 阀，打开回料阀，将除铁机中剩余的物料通过回料阀排出 After a  few  minutes(set  as  needed),   close the  feed valve    and    discharge    valve,open    the     return    valve,and  discharge   the   remaining   materials   from   the    iron   removing  machine  through  the  return  valve
  2. 断磁，关闭进料阀、出料阀和回料阀

  1. 打开排铁阀，将吸附在磁介质中的含铁物质排出。

Open    the    iron    discharge    valve    to    discharge    the     iron material  adsorbed   in  the   magnetic   medium.
