Introduction

Working Principle

The main component of the ring hammer crusher is a rotor with a hammer consisting of a main shaft,a

turntable,a pin and a hammer.The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed in the crushing chamber, and the material enters the crushing chamber from the feeding port.The hammer,shearing and grinding

materials are broken by the hammer that tells the movement.A sieve plate is arranged at the lower part of the rotor,and the broken material is smaller than the size of the mesh hole and discharged through the

sieve plate.The material larger than the size of the mesh hole is retained on the sieve plate and continues to be struck and ground by the hammer head,and finally passes through the sieve after reaching the particle   size.Outside the board discharge machine,the gap can be customized according to user requirements,and the discharge granularity can be changed to meet the needs of different users.
