Working Principle

The main component of the ring hammer crusher is a rotor with a hammer consisting of a main shaft,a

turntable,a pin and a hammer.The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed in the crushing chamber, and the material enters the crushing chamber from the feeding port.The hammer,shearing and grinding

materials are broken by the hammer that tells the movement.A sieve plate is arranged at the lower part of the rotor,and the broken material is smaller than the size of the mesh hole and discharged through the

sieve plate.The material larger than the size of the mesh hole is retained on the sieve plate and continues to be struck and ground by the hammer head,and finally passes through the sieve after reaching the particle   size.Outside the board discharge machine,the gap can be customized according to user requirements,and the discharge granularity can be changed to meet the needs of different users.

Working Principle

The main shaft of the hammer crusher is equipped with a hammer with a regular

distribution,and  the  dial  and  the  hammer  are  combined  to  form  a  rotor.The  motor  and  the

V-belt  drive  the  main  shaft,so  that  the  rotor  rotates,and  the  centrifugal  force  generated  by

the  rotation  of  the  hammer  is  spread  around.After  the  material  enters  the  crushing

chamber from the  inlet,it  is  hit  by  the  hammer  that  rotates  at  high  speed,and  the  required

material  is discharged from the gap of the  lower  part  of the crusher.The  material that  does

not  meet the  requirements  remains  in  the  crushing  chamber  and  is  hammered.The  material

and the material are repeatedly hit each other until the fineness is reached before being

discharged out of the machine.
